The brothers
Both Mike and Ray Hurlbut, the Daybreak owners and brothers, have followed in their father’s footsteps in the luxury residential building industry and are now 22 year veterans of the craft.

In High School and College, they worked summer jobs picking up trash, cleaning construction sites, and doing ‘punch-out’ work — later learning how to schedule trades, work with clients, and how to manage the complex flow of construction.

We are passionate about families!
Afterall, we are a family-owned company. Too many families don’t get enough time together because both parents must work just to make it. So, it makes sense to have a beautiful, backyard pool in which to connect and laugh. A place with endless possibilities and imagination… A place away from the video games where our kids actually use their muscles and imaginations!
