The overall custom pool construction process usually takes less than 75 days to complete.

After the design and contract is complete, we will initiate any permits and approval process required by your HOA.

We first start with marking your backyard to show you precisely where he pool will be.

Excavation can begin! Our experienced excavator will carefully shape your pool like a sculptor shapes a statue.

Our expert steel companies will be there to outline the pool with extra thick steel reinforcement that will strengthen your pool to last more than our lifetimes.

We will install all the underground plumbing to your specific vision of water flow, spillovers, and extra wide plumbing to give the water flow maximum velocity, utilizing the best industry technology, including 3 horse power, variable speed pumps, heaters and the best pool equipment on the market and all of it is controlled by your smart phone.

We will install all of the electrical conduits per code. We utilize Master Electricians to make sure the job is done right. All of the amazing micro LED lighting, water falls, spillovers, spa heater, and infinity edges can also be controlled by your smart phone.

The big day of the Gunite shoot will happen! This is an exciting day as your pool will really begin to take shape! Gunite is a type of concrete that is sprayed and used to build the thick walls of your pool. We build the walls extra thick so that your pool will be strong and secure.

Coping and Tile will be expertly installed to shape and finish the perimeter.. It takes a very special kind of tile tradesman to do pools correctly. We only use the best!

Decking will be installed by our true concrete craftsmen.

Plaster will be applied by the best in the business.

We will begin to fill your pool with water.. From here you are about 10 days away from swimming in crystal clear, sparkling water!

Throughout our 22 years in residential construction, we have learned that good communication is essential. We remain in contact with you from the day we break ground until the day fresh grass is laid around your brand-new pool. We will update you regularly and answer your questions as needed.
